Nick Howards recent video inspired me for this...

I would really like suggestions from everyone for resources/processes to maximize our study time and excel at becoming a better player. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Let's all put a little something into this thread so that we can come here for learning ideas when our brain is being our enemy. Do you have any exercises that help you study?
