Game: Typical 9-handed 2/5 game with 3+ players to the flop.

What are some good tools to analyze live play? I'm finding trying to range all but the extremely tightest opponents completely futile. I am also a bit lost on what "correct" RFI, cold-calling and 3-betting ranges/numbers look like.

How should I go about improving my game?

PIO seems pretty much useless since most if not all hands are 3+ handed and as mentioned, ranging opponents is difficult. Would PokerSnowie be something to consider? Monker? Posting Hand Histories? Anything else?
