I am a US citizen and I am seriously thinking about moving to Tijuana, Mexico to pursue playing on Stars. I don't want to use a VPN as I don't want to get caught violating the TOS and have my $ seized. My question is if anyone knows how far I would have to go to grind legally. I saw on 2p2 an old thread that someone was planning on living in San Diego, maintaining US citizenship, residence, and bank account, and driving across the border daily to play Stars. Is that good enough? I'm thinking probably not. Does anyone know if I would need to prove Mexican residence to Stars, open a Mexican bank account, or even revoke my US citizenship and apply for Mexican citizenship?
