AA in a tricky spot on turn

Pre 9 handed I raise AAhd utg+2 2.5bb CO calls SB fold BB calls 3 way to flop 36bb effective, I cover with 60bb total
No reads on either player

Flop 567ccs BB chk I bet 6.5bb into about 9.5bb pot (w/ antes) CO call BB fold HU to turn

Turn 6s Pot 22.5bb 29.5bb behind

I felt CO was capped and draw heavy due to just flatting 3 way on flop. I felt he had some 6x such as A6s 67s. I cannot totally discount 89 or sets that are now boats, but he also had a lot of pair plus straight draws and/or flush draws such as 78s, 97s, as well as overcards with flush draws or straight draws like 9Ts kjs qjs. I also unblock all of his nut flush draws and straight draws.

My options
1. I could bet 50 to 70% pot and call any jam. This gains value from his draws, though I wasn't sure if he would jam his draws over a bet especially if he had a pair with it. If he just calls I won't like any spade, club, or straight card rivers and will have to c/f a lot.
2. Overbet jam. I thought about this but realized he has so few made hands that would call. I would only get action from his few slowplayed big hands and his draws all fold.
3. c/r jam I get him to put money in with his draw heavy range, I put max pressure on his range and I take away any difficult river decision. If he checks back i can revaluate river in a smaller pot but i give a free card. But by jamming I don't get called by worse and when I am wrong I am crippled.
4. c/c I felt if i checked he would bet his draws and his big made hands. I pot control and give myself the option to fold nasty rivers. But I risk him checking back and let him set his own price.

I'm not sure what the right action is. Thoughts? Also not sure about flop bet sizing. Could this be a range check?
