[Theory] Value of a stack in a bounty mtt.

Hi Rio.
My local casino hosts a tournament for regulars where you start with a chip stack equivalent to the # of hours you have played during the period where you are able to collect points. On top of this there are bounties which are uniform for all players. I am trying to figure out the value of a stack in such a tournament. Do I need to account for the fact that a smaller stack has a smaller chance to get bounties, or would this be self accounted for in the calculation ?

For example
There is 1mm chips in play and and the prize pool is $1mm of which $400k is bounties.
Would a 15,000 short stack simply be worth $15k or am I missing something? (Not accounting for skill edges obv)
