Am I too thin on the flop to call?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) CO: $15.62 (Hero)
BN: $15.08
SB: $6.95
BB: $13.13
UTG: $11.76
124 hands 20/19. Not overly aggressive, 10%3bet so a bit high but I don't have a big sample so I'd just say a run of the mill reg.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with 8 8
UTG raises to $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, 2 folds, BB calls $0.15
Flop ($0.80) Q 5 7
BB checks, UTG bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55, BB folds
Am I too thin to call in this spot? If I had 8h8x I think I'm in a better spot to call but decide it's not a super dynamic board with so I'm okay without a heart. My main question is here for sure. Am I too thin to call without a heart on this board? The player pool tends to Cbet too wide so there's another data point.
Turn ($1.90) Q 5 7 6
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.98, UTG calls $0.98
Added outs and again, too many people Cbet the flop on boards like this so I think the turn is pretty standard.
River ($3.86) Q 5 7 6 5
UTG checks, Hero checks
I really feel I should have bet this river and I'm kicking myself a bit for not betting. What would have been the best sizing? 2/3? Larger?
Final Pot UTG wins and shows two pair, Queens and Fives.
UTG wins $3.69
Rake is $0.17

Thanks guys. I appreciate your comments.
