I've always sucked at math so bare with me, please.

How does one calculate value:bluffs ratios for a specific raising spot. I think I read somewhere that it's close to impossible to arrive at absolute certain numbers but simply getting to a rough starting point would be already great.

Also is knowing all the equities, sizings, stack sizes etc. necessary to calculate such ratios or just pure hand equities can be enough to come up with a starting point?

Are there maybe like spreadsheets or smthing flying around the internet with such stuff? I sure as hell cant find anything myself.
