So, i'm talking poker with a friend, and we agree on spot like we have AK on a T92r flop, we bet 1/3 pot, sometimes we are value betting (vilain call a worse hand like AQ), sometimes we are bluffing (vilain fold a better hand like 33), but it's not important when we bet saying in front of our computer "here i value bet" or "here i'm bluffing"

what do you think? i talked about this with other poker players and they that obviously we need to know what we are doing because we were taught that way

but i think GTO doesnt really care if he's bluffing or value betting (sometimes our bet and check have the same ev, so if we bet we don't value anything or bluff anything right?) on the preflop, flop and turn

about the river:
on the river in position, our range have to be polarised (0-1 game) so we bet our worse hands (100% bluffing) our best hands (100% value betting, with our worse value betting hand close to 50% equity vs vilain calling range, adn we call that "value betting thin") and we check our middle hands

on the river out of position, sometimes we bet hands that seems to be value bets hands but have less than 50% equity when called, because checking these hands has a lower EV, since we are not guaranted to see a showdown

am i right here? do you have any comments? i liek to argue with friends but some thing i say can be quite weird at frist look :)
