has 63$ left and is thinking about wether to shove or for whatever reason checking might ever be better!?!

Villain is a very solid-stat newish regular, very GTOish stats for everything, standard well rounded and "balanced"

I am happy with the flop

I am considering wether or not I should incorporate a bigger/overbettish turnsizing with another flushdraw coming in with range but overall I think the turnsize is sort of best for range; maybe a little bigger and/or a little bigger on the flop!?

This is a clear shove on the river, right?
