how pio understand kickers

Hey guys,

I am trying to figure it out. Which kickers pio preffers to bet and check if we bet small sizing. On the flop or delay cbets. I think with bigger sizing it is usually the higher one we bet and the lower once check but with smaller sizings it is just now so obvious.

So here we are in heads up SRP. I see that if we have a pair and it is suited we almost always bet which make sense because we either have backdoor flushdraw or we dont block backdoor flushdraws of oponent which he is gonna call. The ofsuited 6x the worse kickers have lower frequency which make sens but in case of ofsuited 9x the T9- Q9 have lower frequency thant 97,98, 95 why? Shouldnt the better kickers bet more often? Also I would rather bet J9, Q9 because if we hit two pairs on turn we cannot run against cooler like in case of 97, where we create two pairs and he has straight. Also if turn is Q we can overbet.

the same spot here. Flop is check, check, turn oponent check and we are supposed to do mainly small sizing. for example Q6 is mostly check and Q9 is bet why is that? 86,87 is split but 98, 97 always bet. I thirst thought that it is better to block the 8,7,T so there is less c/r in his range. however we are folding 76, 82, 72 against c/r and calling the 6x and 2x that dont block his c/r bluffs. I dunno how to think about it. Should we rather bet with hands that block his c/r bluffs so we get c/r less often or should we rather bet with hands that don´t block bluffs so there is more bluffs in his c/r range.

I just dunno how to think about these spots. what are the underlying principles. How to decided which kickers are better small cb and delay cb etc.
