How to count combinations when cards are shared?

I will use this example: On a QT9 board there are two straights possible: KJ and J8. Thinking about Villain's range (defending his BB for the sake of this example), do we give him 32 (16x2) combinations of straights or is there a reducing factor, given that J8 and KJ combos share the Jack?

Thanks in advance!
