How to Deal withsmall donks?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) SB: $28.37
BB: $26.64

MP: $25.49
CO: $25.79
BN: $26.93 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BN with A 8
2 folds, CO raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.75, 2 folds, CO calls $1.25
Flop ($3.85) 4 8 A
CO checks, Hero bets $1.50, CO calls $1.50
Turn ($6.85) 4 8 A 2
CO bets $0.50, Hero raises to $5.00, CO raises to $9.50

Good evening everybody. I have a question: How do you proceed if you get donked in for a very small amount like on this turn?

This Villain is unknown. I doubt that he has a hand like 53 and also 22 should be follding the river (or preflop). It's also a bad way to play any set like this.

I assumed that Villain can play Ax like this and some Fds and also sth like A2, what do you think?
