NL10 TP Facing a donk lead Turn as the PFR/Cbet

GTECH G2 (Boss) - C$0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BB: 222.3 BB (VPIP: 56.40, PFR: 13.26, 3Bet Preflop: 4.88, Hands: 678)
UTG: 219.1 BB (VPIP: 29.88, PFR: 2.25, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 1,123)
MP: 121.4 BB (VPIP: 41.04, PFR: 9.43, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 215)
CO: 19.7 BB (VPIP: 37.74, PFR: 3.51, 3Bet Preflop: 0.62, Hands: 3,556)
Hero (BTN): 105 BB
SB: 141.6 BB (VPIP: 24.30, PFR: 6.32, 3Bet Preflop: 1.31, Hands: 1,052)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

My strategy revolves around equity denying(equity capitalization) and it is important to understand that before commenting on sizings. I'm well aware of the small standards opens and Cbet sizings of today's game but it's not part of my strategy. I bluff more then the average but i choose wisely spots and i can hand read well vs that pool of players.

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Tc 9c
fold, MP calls 1 BB, fold, Hero raises to 8 BB, fold, fold, MP calls 7 BB

T9s is part of my opening range when that weak loose player limp i go for the exploitative size of 8x.

Flop : (17.5 BB, 2 players) 4h 8h 9s
MP checks, Hero bets 13.1 BB, MP calls 13.1 BB

Here i got plenty of hands in my range to Cbet and i have advantage so i Cbet. We got TP and we can expect V to call with draws, 2nd pair, Floats. The board is drawy so i want to protect my hand and deny equity so i go for the bigger size.

Turn : (43.7 BB, 2 players) 6d
MP bets 32.7 BB, Hero...

I only have 215 hands on him so i never saw him do this before. I'm in a bad spot what is your play here? I dont think V is well aware of the opportunity he got here with that Turn to put me in that spot but nonetheless he pull that play.
