NL200 deepish: time to be a hero?

BB: 203
UTG: 200
HJ: 316.73
CO: 202.54
BN: 273.18 (Hero)
SB: 339.38
Vilain german reg, seems good for what I've seen. He plays 33/25/2 over 400 hands, raise first in pretty wide in every position (he probably opens 30%+ UTG+1). Doesn't have a high 4b stat over the sample, but I did see him 4B/call 88 CO vs an aggro 3bettor BTN.
My image is very bad, I've shown a pretty crazy bluff BvB on another table, and been relatively aggro at this table (mostly been 3betting every open from the fish sitting at my right).
Preflop (3) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 4
UTG folds, HJ raises to 6, CO folds, Hero raises to 16, SB folds, BB folds, HJ raises to 46, Hero calls 30
Definitely a marginal situation, but I feel with stack depth he'll be very inclined to 4b this spot a lot. And he's opening very wide in the first place. Considering how the session has started, I'm ok splashing around a little bit, keeping with the spewy image and hopefully try to profit from it at some point.
Flop (101) 7 9 4 (2 Players)
HJ bets 44.72, Hero calls 44.72
Once I pair my 4 I'm ready to put quite a bit of money in the middle. Already considering the possibility of playing for stacks here.
Turn (190.44) 7 9 4 6 (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero checks
River (190.44) 7 9 4 6 5 (2 Players)
HJ bets 226.01, and is all in
eff stack = pot bet (when we take out rake). Vilain shoves in 8-10 sec. Very close spot IMO.
