PF decision with AK

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $10.00
CO: $13.22
BN: $4.34
SB: $13.81

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with K A

UTG folds, CO raises to $0.20, BN calls $0.20, SB raises to $1.10

CO and BTN do not seem to be good players. I have 75 hands from SB and he is 19/12 with 9% 3b but 0% resteal.
So, just call or 4b/fold against SB?
