Use pio for exploitable play?

I just recently purchased piopro a few days ago and I'm still familiarizing myself with the software...that said:
Can we use the node locking feature to describe a villain strategy and then have pio solve an exploit against that? Ex. If we node lock OOP strat on flop, will pio solve for IP strat on flop to be the max exploit against that locked OOP flop strat? Or does pio purposely do something different in order to maintain balance for turn & river. Also, (different scenario) if we node lock, IP on turn & river to always check back whole range, does early street OOP strat change because OOP knows it will be able to showdown more frequently? I know that pio solves using complete information from both sides but is the complete knowledge of strat only from the previous action? I'm thinking like does the flop OOP strat only come from knowledge of the IP preflop strat, likewise does the turn OOP strat only come as a response to the flop IP strat?
OR does the program look at all streets for both IP & OOP during solving and then adjust strat with planning considerations for the future?

Sorry for the long book, thanks in advance
