UTG is extremely tight: 15/11 over 104 hands here on Ignition (which, sample size wise, might as well be 1M by the standards of anonymous tables).

I'm still figuring out what to do with hands like these on the button: non-nut single or double suited rundowns (in this case, with a pair "interrupting" the rundown). Given our options, I don't think this is a fold on the button, but I also don't love it as a multiway hand. TT isn't necessarily too low for set mining (though I prefer QQ+), but I really don't want to have a tough spot with spades against more than one opponent.
Blinds' VPIPs are mid-30s, so I don't think they're cold calling a 3bet too light.
So, I 3bet pot and UTG 4bet. Boo. In retrospect I can only see their 2.2% 3bet in DriveHUD (help with this would be appreciated), but we can generally put villain on AA and little more here, I think. Maybe an awesome DS AK or KK hand, but opening/4betting UTG is pretty strong.
Running a sim on our equity vs AA has us not even a 2:1 underdog, though. And I think this hand can flop pretty well, but I'm open to correction on that idea.

This is the worst good flop ever. Or maybe it's not even that good. But this was a super tricky spot: UTG had cbet 6/9 times and their AGG% was 42. So I won't be shocked if they're doing this with every AA.
But on this flop, we're almost exactly a 2 to 1 dog against an AA range, in a simulation. But we're in terrible shape a lot of the time. Against a AA4, AAs:ss range, we're worse than a 4 to 1 dog. Not that it's what they always have here (and they may not even have AA), but this felt too marginal for a call. So I folded.
But in retrospect, was I giving up too much equity for the price? Villain isn't always holding spades and against AA!ss a call becomes +EV (not that we're ahead; it's just the right price).

My first RIO HH! Hopefully I used the street-by-street comments correctly... happy to get feedback on every decision! I'm still figuring out 3betting vs calling on the button, so I'd be especially eager to hear about that.
