You should call pre with QJs and fold this offsuited hand. It will be dominated very often and you will have worse draws all the time. As played the flop call is fine, but I would definitely fold against that turn cbet sizing.

There is no way you can fold here. You have good equity against all possible ranges. Folding on this flop would be a clear mistake.

Yes, thin value seems the best option in this spot. Like 20%-40%, so he can easy call with Jx, Tx and if he raises, we fold and make a note.
