Hi I just started playing poker three months ago. I've done fairly well so far. I would like to take my game to the next level though, and i need help with pre flop and flop hand ranges from all the different positions. I also need some general advice on how to play the flop, turn and river. I have been very overwhelmed with where to start and how to learn strategy in poker because it all seems very confusing and complex, I do appreciate all answers.
Thanks for your time.

It was a lot of fun and it gave me more confidence that's for sure. I think im way better live than online. I scared off a lot of opponents, stole blinds, and decent sized pots all the way to the final table.

Thank you guys for the support. You guys are very generous with your answers and it feels great to be apart of this community. I do have essential and have looked at some vids, but they are very confusing and overwhelming. I will not give up though because I really do want to learn as much as i can. I will definitely take a look at pre flop ranges. Also I play pokerstars and live, I;v just made more money in live play. what is a good place to grind for me right now to learn, cash game .02/.05, .05/.1, or sit and goes??

Im sorry i probably sound very needy. all this information on this site is giving me axiety and making me feel like I dont have what it takes to become a profitable poker player. I would like some help with direction and where I should start studying either on this website or some where else. Thank you again, I am very grateful of your response.

Thank you so much for your reply. This is my first time ever writting in a forum. I honestly have no clue where to start. I feel like this site is for good players. Would you be ever so kind in directing me to a place to start. There seems to be so much and im not quite understaning the whole % of ranges and % of betting for equity or what ever they're teaching in the videos. I dont even understand betting properly :(

Hi, i've just begun my poker journey poker journey. I have seen success in live poker with little consideration of any math such as hand ranges and betting and stuff like that. I'm a complete noob to this whole poker talk though so bare with me please. I am trying to improve my game. My question is, is ca I be a successful live poker player with little math, and by just using my ability to read and manipulate people? when I say read I mean have a good understanding of how the player plays poker and why they do what they do, and being able to tell if they have a good hand or are bluffing. When I say manipulate, I mean set the pace of the game, confuse them by talking a lot and giving so much information they dont kow what's true and whats fake. Sorry for the horrible explaination.. I guess it comes down to can I be a profitable player in the long run with just exploitative and pyschological warefare type games.
