This hand was played on Unibet PLO50. The player pool is generally rec heavy and tend to play for value and not bluff much. I would fold this hand vs a rec because they mostly just shove this spot with flushes, but can I call this vs a reg that would recognize that this river is bad for me?
I guess I can call with the Jc and fold this combo with Jd?

That 1/4 bet was a missclick actually, I wanted to bet half pot. Now that I've thinking about it I think I prefer a turn x to call a normal sized bet and shove vs a psb, this player can still call with plenty of worse hands imo

I remember villain being fish and super agro when checked to and betting pot most of the time, that's why I decided to set the price myself while also getting value. Don't know if it was the right play

I think I would lead too on this board for protection/value because it's gonna check through a lot imo. though I don't kow how we should proceed on different turns and depending on the players that do continue.

Maybe too loose open MP? Do we call river or do we just to boats too often here? Do we xb turn for pot control?

I'm new to PLO and maybe this is a snapcall but really I don't find many worse hands that want to put so much money in. And because it's small stakes they don't tend to do this with draws so I don't know. Can we commit 150+ bbs here in these kind of spots with no redraw? Like I said I'm new to the game and I'd like to learn as much as possible. I don't know anything about villain. Thanks for the help.

Hand I played on Unibet.
I think we could make an arguement for 3betting pre. I think my line is standard till the river vs those small sizings, we could even x-r at some point earlier. My actual question comes on the river. Is it a good spot to bluff x-r there using blockers to nuts + 2nd nuts? Is there a better way to play the hand?

Thanks, do you think I should consider raising flop vs his small sizing?

Comment | eaSy_ commented on Turn decision bet or xb

I think he, being a fun player, would get all sets/2pairs in OTF because he's scared of the flushdraw. KQ is possible though.

Post | eaSy_ posted in NLHE: Turn decision bet or xb

I copy pasted a screenshot of the hand because Unibet doesn't have HH.

So I have QQ here BTN vs CO versus a bad player.

OTF pot is around 1.65. Maybe I should raise bigger vs that sizing, maybe it's just a call, it hits more his calling range.
OTT pot is around 6.97. My plan is to gii even though it completes some draws, so I bet big to be committed + I have the open ender in case I'm behind.
Don't know about turn play, I just think he has a lot of TP, TP + draw combos and I don't want to give a free card. He is kind of capped here too, I think he would just gi all his nutted hands/draws OTF.

What do think guys?

Nov. 7, 2016 | 11:54 p.m.

I suppose when you call turn you kinda have to call river cuz it's a real brick. His bluffs are like T9s, KTs, type of hands that barrel turn cuz it opens fd/sd. I don't think he would do this with a J, so your kicker is not relevant. a Q he would check either on turn or river. He prob has a set, QJ or nothing. At this limit I think I would fold flop though.

May 30, 2016 | 12:33 a.m.

Wow, I honestly have a hard time finding bluffs in his range here given the Ah and Kh are out there. But on the other hand I think x-f AA here is too weak. One of his floats could be AxQh, but I think he xb OTT with that.

May 30, 2016 | 12:12 a.m.

Then again by vbetting river ourselves we can get more value bc he will call with those same hands

May 22, 2016 | 7:39 p.m.

Do you guys like a x-r on the river? I did some combo calcs, correct me if I'm wrong: given villain's line I believe he gets to the river with this range: KK+,JJ,66,AKs,KJs,AKo,KJo, this is of course not 100% accurate bc he could also just try to gii on the turn with some combos. My point being, OTR I believe he has more combos that will bet when checked to: all sets + AK (21), than combos that would xbehind, KJ (9) maybe.
If I'm totally wrong and this makes no sense, please just tell me.

He doesn't put me all-in here so I was very confused. If I call i have like $2.30 behind. I don't know if I should call here, knowing that we're always beat, or just fold getting almost the right price, but saving half a stack or just shove.

Obv all draws missed but at these limits they don't really bluff rivers, they usually check missed draws and given he bets turn and river I doubt I can call here. I feel he probably has some KJ, AJ. What do you think?

Comment | eaSy_ commented on NL25 Call3bet KJo vs Reg

Vs a reg I would just 4bet or fold this hand. You're just gonna flop a dominanted hand so many times vs AK, AJ, which makes a big part of his range. When you flop second pair you gonna be calling barrels and you don't even know if your hand is good. KJ suited I'd call but off suit just fold or 4bet, you have blockers to AK, AJ, KK, JJ.

What do I do there? I think it's a fold because this guy doesn't look like a fish + at these stakes this play is almost always nuts or set that are scared of the flushdraw and we are doing pretty bad against his range for the price we're getting. I know we sort of have to expect a 3bet cuz I guess if we x-raise, it's to ge it in so actually I don't know.
