I've been using this app for about 2 years now and I'd thought i'd share it with you guys as it has improved my game tremendously. I like how it has a social element where you see how your poker buddies are doing. It's $12.99 but IMO it's well worth the investment.

I would take the line of 3betting pf. and calling his bet on the flop. At this point you're not too worried about any turn card and by jamming in this spot, you only make him fold a worse hand. If he checks the turn I would bet a little over half pot and make plan to get it all in
