Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that this 'MDF' thing is wrong.
For example, on K72r flop sb cbets half pot. You don't have to defend 67% here if sb only cbets say, KK.
So my question is, how much should you defend based on your opponent's cbet frequency. If for example he cbets 50% / 60% / 100% etc.
Same goes for preflop defend on the BB, turn, river etc.

In his recent interview for quadjacks, Ben86 says that you two talk about strategy and keep those things private. Now, I don't thing there is anything wrong with that for a player of your level even if you have a training site and make videos, your insight is still worth the money even if you don't reveal everything. But since you have said multiple times in your videos that you share all your knowledge in your videos, I consider this unethical, cause Ben says that you BOTH share strategy stuff that want to keep private.
