Here are the payouts for anyone how could prove me wrong (not calling). When I try to put it in PT4 ICM calculator, it breaks saying I didnt insert the rest of paid places.. How can I overcome this?
Because I have over 20BB and lots of people has under 10.. It might be the best play to fold (take my 99% chance of FT over flipping at best). And the argument that the payjumps aren't huge is also off because of the speed of people being eliminated.

It is somewhat small sample size. And with 10BB you should have only shove/fold range. But I expect him to by tighter player in general and he is shoving over early position raise... On the other hand I think MP+1 can profitably shove 77+,ATs+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo (16%) and against that my TT does great.

What is the threshold where I would be too deep to iso shove? I wasnt comfortable to stick it in with 40BB with tens.
