Thanks for the info! The url is audible.com I found out. Got the first book with the free trial. Does the second book repeat a lot of the first or is it worth reading in its entirety?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has read either of the Jared Tendler books, "The Mental Game of Poker" 1 or 2 and if it helped them at all. I have a problem with quitting sessions when I'm up and tilting when I run bad against players I feel I have an edge on (I play husngs). Do the books address resolving entitlement and whatever the quitting while your ahead syndrome is? If you haven't read these books, but know of a resource that might help me to resolve these issues, I'd appreciate your input as well. Thanks!
