My local casino has extremely high rake (10% $15 cap at any stake - including $1/$3). My strategy when playing there has generally been to play tighter, size up pre and 3bet wider pre to avoid seeing flops. Then, I just discovered (I don't know how I hadn't noticed this) that they actually rake the preflop action as well. It just feels hopeless now. Does anyone have any advice on how to adjust my strategy given that it's not a 'no flop no drop' context?
