Bovada Pay Out Issues

I can't stand the alarmist style of posting that occurs on 2+2 so I decided to post here and share the facts about what is happening in my case
for the benefit of American players on here:

I typically receive 4 wire transfers a month from Bovada. I've now had several wires going back to April 9th that have been "processed", but I have never received the third message indicating that the money had been sent from a certain processor and the amount in euros that I would receive. I contacted their customer service department and was told I needed to sent a bank statement in showing that I had not recieved the funds and that I would be contacted in 48 hours once my case had been reviewed. It's been over 4 days now and I've tried calling their customer service department everyday asking to be transferred to the Player Advocacy team (the only group of people there that seem vaguely competent), but have been told three times that they wouldn't transfer me and that they can't help anyway as the issue is being handled by their payouts team. When I've asked to speak to someone on the payouts team, I've received several non answers as to why I can't talk with them.

My thoughts and questions:

This is pure speculation, but the payout issues seem to coincide with bitcoin being introduced and allowing unlimited withdrawals via that method. I'm starting to suspect that they are having liquidity problems as a result. Is any one else having similar problems with wires, checks, etc?
