Burning out after good warm-up

Hey guys, how you doing?
So, I used to be an mtt player for 5years and this year i made my transition to cash games. On the first months I used to tilt way to fast.
Actually tilting should be never acceptable, but still.
I really like to make warm-up and I've been trying to implement a pre-session routine. I've just made a break from the grind cuz i just lost 6bi in less then one hour. Ofc i did run bad in this hour but still took some -ev decision because of me burning out.
What i noticed is that when i do my "perfect" warm-up i get more anxious than normal. Today i prepared my coffee and something to eat, then meditated and went stg8 to grinding.
While grinding I noticed that after making a good warm-up and running bad in the beginning I have the "injustice tilt". As I made my warm-up pretty good I end-up having a huge expectation (anxiety??) for the grind and when I start losing it all fall apart.

Does that make sense? Should i stop doing my "perfect warm-up"? Would really like to hear about your experience and also some tips!
