An anti-online poker bill was introduced into congress today, trying to restore the 1961 Wire Act prohibiting any form of online wagering. Government shouldn't even be involved with things like this in the first place. It's our civil liberties in America that are supposed to separate us from the rest and this bill infringes on just that. Legalize, tax and regulate a game of skill rather than make it a monster. Make it safe for the players who participate. It's a multi-billion dollar industry for goodness sake.
