Poker, Crossfit and WimHofMethod

Hi friends

I'm 28 years old. I live in Turkey and I'm playing poker for about 10 years. Although poker is a passion for me though because of the living conditions in Turkey I could never show enough respect to this passion.

I used to be a good SNG player. After Pokerstars to Turkey 's closing, I started playing tournaments in small sites. I couldn't keep doing this much longer with my business life and decided to learn Cash Game. In this period, I got married and I quit the game completely to allocate enough time for my wife. However, due to the economic crisis, I became unemployed in the third month of my marriage.

My wife let me give her a chance at poker during my unemployment benefit. I've only been playing poker for about a year and a half. However, in the beginning of this period, I could not do enough for myself because I had very serious family problems. In this period, GGPoker, WPN and PPPoker played games. And thanks to friends who trusted me, I had the opportunity to play live poker.

I don't know what the rest of my life brings, but I want to do my best when I have the chance. As data, I have a very small history of WPN poker playing this year.

I want to do my best to improve myself and play. So I got RIO Essential membership. After my membership there were some changes in my game. It's more of a small set of hands, but it made me a little excited for the game.

Now I want to share this excitement with you and develop myself with you. My goal here is to win nice friendships and share information with people who are having the same problems as me. I would like to share with you other things that will make me a better individual in my normal life. For the last three months, I've been interested in crossfits with my wife. I can't tell you the value it adds to my life. Maybe in those days when I'm playing online poker again, it will help me more. I've also been following a strict Wim Hof for about 1 year. I try to start the day in the morning with a breathing exercise and a cold shower. It is my biggest goal to be a better person every day than the previous day, using these 3 main areas of interest to support each other.

MAY GOALS

[ ] Grind 6 hours on weekdays, 3 hours on weekend for total 150 Hour.
[ ] Study atleast 30 hour.
[ ] Go crossfit at least 4 days a week
[ ] Make the Wim Hof Method every day.
