Thomas "Emty" Emter started his poker career in 2007 focusing primarily on NL, successfully grinding his way up to $400NL. In 2011 he decided to set sail with his laptop in hand and traveled the world financing his journey at the virtual and live felt at his many destinations. Upon returning home, he headed back to school to complete his business degree and try his hand at a regular job. It didn't take long to realize it wasn't for him and he rediscovered his passion for poker, this time using four cards in 2018.
