Can at least one coach do any video on how to do node-locking in PIO step by step for a dummy like me????? I watched some youtube videos ... still don't get .... what's the difference between fixed and proportional??? how to choose???

I see RIO has thousands of live play videos (what's the marginal utility of that really?) ... hundreds of video with pio results. .. however .. nobody has done a comprehensive video on how exactly STEP BY STEP how to use node-locking.
