Trying to decide if I should keep playing poker or not

I've been playing poker for a long time. I started playing around 5 years ago. In a nutshell, despite investing a significant amount of time, effort and money in the pursuit, I have not yet figured out how to consistently beat microstakes NL cash games. I've watched all the videos, read all the books, studied extensively and I have also had coaching in the past. I feel that the amount of money I make from poker isn't enough to justify the amount of time I put in or the negative impact it has on my state of mind away from the tables. I only enjoy playing when I'm winning. The bottom line is I haven't been winning anywhere near enough for it to be enjoyable. I find myself waking up and being miserable about the fact that I have another long, unrewarding poker grind ahead of me later that day. If I could find a more viable hobby to make money from, from I would probably have quit a long while ago. I would like to ask the community for their thoughts. If I'm not having any fun and not making decent money (meaning more than just pocket change), would you guys say it's time to cash out and quit?
