22 facing an open jam FT with shortish stack

Hi all. I play 6-max cash almost exclusively but I'm trying to learn a bit about MTTs so I can play a few of them on the side.

I'm at a $1 buyin turbo (rebuy + addon) MTT final table (9-handed). Blinds are 5k/10k with 1k ante. I'm in the SB with 22. UTG (edit: it's actually UTG+3) has just lost a third of his stack last hand. He open jams for about 6.3BB. I have 7.3BB. The BB has us both covered with 22BB. There are a couple of shorter stacks at the table. Biggest stack is about 25BB.

I ended up calling, and the BB also called. The rest of the money went in on the flop. (Both UTG and BB showed up with ATo, btw).

If I assume that UTG is shoving any Ace, any pair and most broadway type hands (something like 22+,A2s+,K8s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T9s,98s,A2o+,KJo+,QJo).

Assuming BB folds, I have about 45% equity against that range (I need about 39% to call).

But how to take into account BB? And what about ICM considerations? Should I call here, or fold?
