Open Shoving Ranges from EP/MP

Hey Guys,

I'm a fairly inexperienced player and was wondering what kind of hands can be shoved from earlier positions profitably (for 10-15 bb), since I struggle with that issue. For an example, take this hand:

[converted_hand][hand_history]Poker Stars, $5 Buy-in (200/400 blinds, 40 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 9 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: 23,880 (59.7 bb)
BB: 11,779 (29.4 bb)
UTG+1: 12,307 (30.8 bb)
UTG+2: 14,541 (36.4 bb)
Hero (MP1): 5,336 (13.3 bb)
MP2: 10,570 (26.4 bb)
MP3: 9,137 (22.8 bb)
CO: 29,238 (73.1 bb)
BTN: 11,871 (29.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J:spade: K:diamond:

Would you shove that?
