200z end up in tough spot

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (6 Players) BN: $283.95
SB: $143.01
BB: $196.44
UTG: $200.00
MP: $210.80 (Hero)
CO: $245.12
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is MP with A 4
UTG folds, Hero raises to $4.00, CO folds, BN raises to $12.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $36.00, BN calls $24.00
Flop ($75.00) J 8 A
Hero bets $18.00, BN raises to $64.00

Villian I can assume with 80-90% confidence is a rec.

On the flop I decided to go for cbet as recs not really folding vs 4bets if they decide to 3bet. By that I mean if guy 3bet QTs there is no way he will fold vs not huge 4bet . My preflop play is mixed, never folding but sometimes 4betting.

Flop is pretty tough, I assume having backdoors is + having Ace is + as well. This line could be anything from any Ax to JJ/AA; I see people raise here A5, AK, etc.

In game I missplayed(likely) and shoved it thinking there are enough bet folds to be profitable and in some case I have my backdoor equity. PIO show that calling is worth 0, shoving - 5-10BB however I knew I'm not playing solver(theory opponent)
