[20NL] Facing a turn shove against a fish

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) UTG: $24.61
CO: $18.85
BN: $17.41
SB: $20.10
BB: $30.64 (Hero)
Hey, villain is a fish, no other read.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is BB with A J
2 folds, BN calls $0.20, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.00, BN calls $0.80
Flop ($2.10) T 3 A
Hero bets $1.20, BN calls $1.20
Turn ($4.50) T 3 A 8
Hero bets $3.30, BN raises to $15.21 and is all in
This line is really underbluffed from IP, plus my range is uncapped. I need 34 percent, and against a range of 100:A8s,T8s,AsJs,QsJs,Js9s,7s6s,As5s,As4s,As3s,As2s,28:ATs,ATo,39:TT,33, I have just enough equity. What do we do here?
I feel like these raises will be really merged, like at the very minimum combo draws or pair+draws that don't want to have a decision OTR. So he could definitely have some worst Axss here...
