[50NL 6max] JJ flatted in 4bet pot - best line?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) BN: $68.36
SB: $155.95
BB: $55.83
UTG: $50.50
CO: $50.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is CO with J J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BN raises to $5.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $12.50, BN calls $7.50
Villain is a good reg that's been getting the better of me running at 23/19.
3-bet % overall - 8.5%
3-bet BTNvCO - 8.9%

I'll also note that villain has been 3-betting hero 13.6% overall over 66 opportunities.

Fold to 4-bet - 38%
Call 4-bet - 25%
Flop ($25.75) 3 3 T
Hero bets $6.24, BN calls $6.24
Turn ($38.23) 3 3 T 8
Hero checks, BN bets $12.10, Hero raises to $31.26 and is all in

I'm wondering what your thoughts are on c/jamming vs c/c'ing his small bet VS jamming turn ourselves (it's less than a PSB).

What if our hand was T9s? or AK? are we c/'fing vs his small turn bet?
