$50NL. ATs IP vs. BB 3bet. Weird results from Pio.

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) BB: $43.03
UTG: $51.50
CO: $52.21 (Hero)
BN: $48.75
SB: $47.49
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is CO with A T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.50, 2 folds, BB raises to $4.75, Hero calls $3.25
Flop ($9.75) 6 Q Q
BB bets $3.14, Hero calls $3.14
Turn ($16.03) 6 Q Q J
BB bets $7.62

V above average preflop aggression vs. most the general pool tendencies of passive play. With 90 hand sample, 32/22/7 VPIP/PFR/3bet (not high 3bet, but all were vs. me).

Pio questions. IP and OP hand ranges linked.
1) Why does Pio recommend folding ATc 90% of the time, but EVs are essentially indifferent between calling and folding? I ran it to 0.135% exploitable.
2) Pio says Vs bet consist of 50% bluffs, but it chooses only spade draws for our bluff raise combos and none of the club ones. Why would that be?

Lastly, what is your personal critique of the hand? Thanks everyone for the help!
