5NL - Floped St8 with NUT FD - Lose some value?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $19.21 (Hero)
SB: $5.25
BB: $1.63
UTG: $6.85
MP: $5.59
CO: $1.81
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with A 4
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, CO folds, Hero calls $0.15, SB folds, BB calls $0.10
MP is a Tight Reg. Playing 19/11/3 over 211 hands. That being said they have a 75% RFI from MP.
BB is a Whale/Rec Player. playing 76/11 over 65 hands.
I elected to call here Which i feel is alright and fairly standard. I believe 3B here will fold all MP's small PP and some broadways and even suit connectors like 98,76, 78.
And with a recreational player in the Blinds i feel okay playing a Suited Ace IP against them.
Flop ($0.47) 3 5 2
BB checks, MP bets $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, BB calls $0.25
Fairly Standard I believe.
Turn ($1.22) 3 5 2 8
BB checks, MP bets $0.60, Hero calls $0.60, BB folds
I elected to call here mainly because i have alot of equity and their aren't too many hands that im afraid of on the river, And hoping that i can get another call from the BB.
River ($2.42) 3 5 2 8 3
MP bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20
River is not a Card that I wanted to see. I feel like villain has all sets in his range such as 55,22 and even 88 here.
That being said i also feel like villain can have alot of over pairs 99+.
Being skeptical and unsure if i should raise or just call... i elected to call
Final Pot BN wins and shows a straight, Ace to Five.
MP lost and shows two pair, Aces and Threes.
BN wins $4.62
Rake is $0.20

After seeing Villains hand at Showdown i feel like i Could of Raised Turn and even possibly got them to stack.
Opinions on hand? River? Anywhere i could of possibly got some more value - before knowing MP's Hand.
