[5nl] Nut flush vs boat. Should I order a bigger fold button?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.18
SB: $5.15 (Hero)
BB: $5.31
UTG: $6.59
MP: $24.61
CO: $9.60
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with K Q
UTG raises to $0.15, MP calls $0.15, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10
Ok. Probably this should have been a 3bet. But I doubt villain would have folded his 88. Please, I'd like feedback on my line as played.
Flop ($0.60) 7 7 8
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks
Turn ($0.60) 7 7 8 2
Hero bets $0.32, BB folds, UTG folds, MP calls $0.32
River ($1.24) 7 7 8 2 A
Hero bets $1.58, MP raises to $24.14 and is all in, Hero calls $3.10 and is all in
Should we be folding exploitative here?
Final Pot SB lost and shows a flush, Ace high.
MP wins and shows a full house, Eights full of Sevens.
MP wins $10.16
Rake is $0.44
