5NL: Should I barrel the river here?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (5 Players) UTG: $7.78
CO: $5.05
BN: $7.01
SB: $6.11 (Hero)
BB: $5.78
Villain VP/PFR/3b = 18/16/4 over 120hands. Not a large sample but enough to get an idea.
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with K A
2 folds, BN raises to $0.12, Hero raises to $0.35, BB folds, BN calls $0.23
Wondering if I should make it $0.45.
Flop ($0.75) 6 2 4
Hero bets $0.36, BN calls $0.36
My thinking was I have 2 overs and a backdoor nut flush draw Ill bet. Hoping to take it down then and there.
Turn ($1.47) 6 2 4 Q
Hero bets $0.85, BN calls $0.85
Qc.Yay. Lets barrel again.
River ($3.17) 6 2 4 Q T
Hero checks, BN bets $5.45 and is all in, Hero folds
Oh no. I didn't make anything. Sad memes.
Final Pot BN wins $3.04
Rake is $0.13

Wondering If I should pull the last trigger or even if I should have bet the flop. I always question my own bet sizes because I just have no knowledge. I feel like I needed to bet bigger somewhere. Still learning. Also can I call this at all.

Edit: Was thinking does my Ac play into this at all I block the nut flush. I don't think about blockers at all but I had an epiphany.
