Villain appears to be a somewhat aggressive regular with 25/20, 13% 3bet and 33% fold to 3bet (Only ~150 Hands).

I expect him to openraise good, tight range from UTG and defend something like QQ-66,AQs-ATs,A5s,KJs+,QJs,JTs,T9s,98s,AQo+ against the 3bet.
On the Flop I was already a little confused as to what the best play is. I usually start 3betting 99 SB vs UTG, so I expect him to have a slight Nutadvantage. I think I overestimate the proportion of Sets here, which is why I decided to Check sometimes with AA.

On the Turn I think we have a significant proportion of weak AK, AQ which is why I wanted to protect here.
As you can probably tell I am somewhat confused about this spot and not sure how we should construct our Range on the Flop and Turn.
