AK facing a narrow 4bet range

Blinds: $0.15/$0.30 (4 Players) BN: $27.69
SB: $36.08 (Hero)
BB: $30.80
CO: $53.94
VIllain is 30/15 with a 30% Steal pct. 3bet% is 2.5. Has not bet larger in the 300 or so hands.
Preflop ($0.45) Hero is SB with K A
CO folds, BN raises to $1.05, Hero raises to $3.00, BB folds, BN raises to $7.20, Hero calls $4.20
I really want to retrieve 76s from the muck and then fold it?

What's the most charitable range I can face here? JJ+, AK? (his 3bet range)

Is shoving out of the question?
