AKo BTNvsUTG facing a pot size 4b

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (8 Players) MP: $72.72

SB: $60.74

solid reg so far.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with A K
2 folds, MP raises to $1.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4.00, 2 folds, MP raises to $12.25

Do we wanna rely on general 4bet tendencies from the UTG?
Vs a smaller size, I am more prone to just call and play IP, but now the odds arent that lucrative. From my observations, people start calling AK,JJ to 3bets in these positions, so maybe a tight fold might be viable option as well. I am also considering jamming given our blockers and his bigger sizing.

It seems like one of these statements are true:
1. People are super tight in these 4bets and they usually have KK+ here, therefore the highest ev strategy is to just fold
2. Their range is actually QQ+,AK for the most part + few bluffs and then jamming becomes probably the highest ev option, because we might potentially fold out AK and QQ if he is operating in a paradigm that this 5bet jam gets super nitty in a vacuum.

Not sure if calling is a viable option as well, just feel uncomfortable facing a cbet most of the time even if I hit a top pair vs a range which is super strong. Esp. if he has got some bluffs to begin with, he might just bluff me off postflop since I would give him too much of a credit.
