How do I play this hand ?

I made a big mistake, but still I'm not sure what is the right play here. The opponent is REG.
Should I play:

1) bet 1/3 and x/F turn,
2) x/F flop
3) Do I ever x/C flop ?
4) If called second barrel this turn ?
5) If checked, bet 1/3 turn and x/F river if called ?
