BvB, exploitative overbet or forced aggression?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (8 Players) SB: $84.41
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $70.03
UTG+1: $26.44
MP: $102.34
MP+1: $50.00
CO: $53.50
BN: $49.24
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 9 7
6 folds, SB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.00
Flop ($3.00) 6 4 J
SB bets $0.94, Hero raises to $2.50, SB calls $1.56
Another time he cbets 1/3 BvB.. this board texture isnt great for that esp. if he cbets his whole range.. I doubt most regs can defend vs raises properly, therefore I think raising here exploitatively wide should be fine.
Turn ($8.00) 6 4 J 5
SB checks, Hero bets $2.51, SB calls $2.51
Picked up some equity.. my plan was to bet here pretty small and bomb river since I think his range gets capped then. I think this sizing prob exist in theory as well w some of my pair+draw type of hands and maybe even weaker Jx.
I think that big overbet might be also decent option like 2x trying to challenge his Jx.. many players fastplay their sets already OTF, so we have decent nuts advantage then.
River ($13.02) 6 4 J 5 K
SB checks, Hero bets $14.00
I think I might go even a bit bigger, to put his Jx under higher pressure... But its kinda exploitative since I am not sure what I do really rep? 87o or sets? Wonder if I would use such a small size with those hands.. that said, this move becomes pretty exploitative, so I am asking you guys, do you think we can fold out Jx?
