BvB, river raise with nut blocker vs capped range

Hello guys, I am back with a new hand. I think up to the river it is standard. I would fold on a turn bet. But since he checked, I would not expect that many trips, straights, boats. Just because see no reason for a slowplaying those hands.
On the river his sizing looks a bit weak and merge. I would say he may value bet strong Tx or some Aces and few flushes, but I expect him to continue betting OTT most of them.
Is it fine to trying to exploit his capped range with the nut flush blocker? I would rather prefer some unpaired hand, but it actually does not really matter since we can not dominate any part of his value range. And our range is also pretty uncapped and we have not that many unpaired hands on the river.
