Check-Raise OOP strategy

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.00
SB: $4.98
BB: $5.35 (Hero)
UTG: $26.09
MP: $5.51
CO: $6.19
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with J Q
UTG folds, MP calls $0.05, CO raises to $0.15, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.10, MP calls $0.10
Flop ($0.47) 5 3 6
Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, MP folds, CO calls $0.60
So, I know I should be having a raising range here since I have range advantage with sets, two pairs and straights, most of them CO does not have.
I have a few questions here: What hands are best for me to raise for bluff/balance in this situation?
Since it is 5NLz should I even bluff at all with my draws? If I knew CO was a recreational player how should i procede with this type of hands?
Turn ($2.27) 5 3 6 9
Hero bets $1.43, CO calls $1.43
What should be the reasoning here for me to continue to barrel?
Should I just barrel the turn if the card does not hit his range and/or if the turn card completes my draw?
River ($5.13) 5 3 6 9 7
Hero bets $2.87 and is all in, CO calls $2.87
What do you think of the jam river? How do I decide which are the best cards for me to triple barrel?
Final Pot BB lost and shows high card Queen.
CO wins and shows a pair of Nines.
CO wins $10.33
Rake is $0.54

Hope you guys can shed some light about the general strategy of check-raising OOP, as you may recognize from my questions, I am a bit confused about what to do.

Thanks!
