i don't know exactly that means.

let's say A73r SRP BTN vs BB
if BB is fish , don't 1/3 entire range bet ?? why?
AceTopPair lowkicker - check ? (ex. A2o,A4o) why ??

Is it because fish fold easily? if fish has no Ace ?
So A2o, A4o cannot get value from worse ?
while regular can continue without Ace ?

What if i think like this ?
fish cannot check-raise properly , so i am willing to 1/3 entire range bet
