Should I go bigger here? Because he is opening quite wide I`m 3betting wide-ish so I don't want to increase my 3b sizing because I don't want to make my bluffs more expensive.

I think the T is quite bad... I don't think he will bluff with that sizing very often if ever... I think he is either having a weak Ax or Tx most of the time.
